OCT Scan Upload

Upload OCT DICOM or image files, or use the synthetic expert-review demo case.

Expert-review build: this hosted Firebase page is a self-contained demo of the full RetinaSignal workflow. The production-local FastAPI app parses DICOM; the hosted upload path uses synthetic biomarker values so reviewers can test the interface, evidence framing, feedback loop, longitudinal view, and exports without a backend server.

Reference Cases with Similar OCT Profile

Reference cases from the Kermany OCT2017 baseline dataset. In this hosted demo, representative cards are shown without patient-level MS ground truth.

This similarity view is for contextual illustration only. The current demo uses a public retinal OCT dataset without validated MS ground truth, and the static hosted build shows representative cards instead of scored patient matches.
